REFUND POLICY

When Something Arrives Damaged or Defective

We know how frustrating it is to open a package and find something wrong. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we’ll make it right by sending you a replacement of the same product. To get that exchange started, just send an email to [email protected], and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Changed Your Mind? Standard Returns

If you’ve simply decided the purchase isn’t for you, you’ll need to get the ball rolling within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Once that window has passed, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange. To begin, reach out to our team at [email protected] to request the correct return address—please don’t send the item back to the manufacturer. We’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete everything on our end.

The Condition Your Items Must Be In

When you send something back, it’s essential that the item is unused, still in the condition you received it, and packed in its original packaging. All three of these points are non-negotiable for the return to be accepted.

Items We Can't Take Back

Some products are final sale and can’t be returned under any circumstances. This includes anything that could spoil or degrade quickly, like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also can’t accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases. Beyond those, here are the specific exclusions:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

When You'll See a Partial Refund

There are a few situations where a full refund isn’t possible, and only a partial one will be issued. This happens when an item shows obvious signs of use, or if it’s a piece of media—like a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record—that’s been opened. The same partial refund rule applies to anything that arrives back to us damaged or with missing parts for reasons that aren’t our mistake, as well as any item that gets returned more than 30 days after it was delivered to you.

Gift Returns and Sale Items

When it comes to sale items, the rule is straightforward: only regular-priced merchandise is eligible for a refund. Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

For gifts, the process depends on how the order was placed. If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped straight to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we’ve received it. A gift certificate will then be mailed to you. On the other hand, if the purchase wasn’t designated as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves first, the refund goes back to the original payment method—and the gift giver will be notified about the return.

Getting Your Money Back

After your package arrives back at our location, we’ll inspect it and send you an email to confirm we’ve got it. That message will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If it’s a yes, the refund gets processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Not seeing the money yet? Start by double-checking your bank account. Then, get in touch with your credit card provider—it can sometimes take a while for the transaction to officially post. After that, it’s worth contacting your bank, as they often have their own processing window. If you’ve gone through all those steps and the refund still hasn’t appeared, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll look into it.

Before You Mail: A Quick Checklist

You’ll need to cover the postage for sending the item back to us. Those shipping charges are non-refundable, so if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be taken out of the total. How long it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will vary based on your location. Before you seal the box, run through these final points:

  • Contact our team at [email protected] to get the correct return address—never send it to the manufacturer.
  • For any return valued over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance to the package. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item, so this step protects you.
  • Keep your proof of postage and any tracking details until the return is fully processed.
